What is the complaints procedure?

Should there be a problem with any of our work or parts, then please contact us to discuss how we can resolve the issue. This can either be done via phone on 0191 456 2670, or via email at

Are you able to provide specific appointments?

We currently only offer morning or afternoon appointments. However, a feature that makes us special is that we will contact you 30 minutes before the engineer arrives to avoid you waiting around unnecessarily. We plan our day around you, not the other way round.

Is there an online booking service available?

Yes, simply fill in the online booking form. We aim to provide morning or afternoon appointments, and we do try very hard to arrive at all appointments on time or as soon as we can, however unforeseen circumstances do occur. If this happens, we will contact you in advance to let you know.
